Refund & Return Policy

BallMatrix is a subscription-based digital information service. Because the Service is intangible and consumed online, this policy sets out the limited circumstances in which we offer refunds.
1. Eligibility for refund
- 7-day evaluation window. A pro-rated refund is available within seven (7) calendar days of your initial paid subscription, provided you have consumed no AI tactical reports and sent no AI chat messages on the paid plan during that window.
- Service unavailability. If we fail to deliver the Service for an aggregate of more than 24 hours within a billing cycle for reasons attributable to us, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. Any duplicate billing, charges after a successful cancellation, or amount mismatched against the displayed price will be fully refunded.
- Statutory rights. Where applicable consumer-protection law (in your jurisdiction) grants additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply on top of this policy.
2. Non-refundable scenarios
- Subscription periods after substantial use of paid features (AI reports / chat / API access).
- Cancellations made after the 7-day evaluation window.
- Subscription auto-renewals that you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- Account terminations by us due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Issues caused by third-party software or networks outside of our control.
3. How to cancel
- Sign in to BallMatrix and open the Profile page.
- Open Subscription settings and select Cancel auto-renewal.
- You will retain paid access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be issued.
If you cannot access your account, contact customer service (below) with your registered phone number and we will cancel on your behalf.
4. How to request a refund
- Email Julian@novalinks.cloud from the address associated with your account (or, if no email is on file, include your registered phone number).
- Provide the order ID from your subscription confirmation and a brief reason for the refund request.
- We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor (Payssion). Bank settlement times vary by issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Returns of physical goods
BallMatrix does not sell physical goods. There is no shipping, warehouse return, or restocking process. All transactions are digital subscriptions handled exclusively through this Service.
6. Disputes
If we are unable to resolve a refund request to your satisfaction through customer service, you retain any remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law and the dispute-resolution terms in our Terms of Service.
