1. Definitions

"Service", "BallMatrix", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the BallMatrix product and its operating entity, Yangtech LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual or organisation that accesses, registers for, or subscribes to the Service. The "Service" includes football match data queries, analytical reports, AI tactical chat, and API data export — all delivered as a subscription information service.

• You will comply with all laws applicable to your access and use of the Service in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You will not use Service outputs to participate in, promote, or facilitate gambling or wagering activity. Any consequences arising from such use are your sole responsibility.
• You will not scrape, stress-test, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent technical or quota controls of the Service.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual property

All match reports, analytical charts, visual components, and API response structures generated by the Service are owned by Yangtech LLC. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these outputs during the subscription term, including for research, education, and editorial purposes, provided the source is attributed to BallMatrix.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions begin on the date payment is successfully processed and continue for the chosen billing cycle.
• Active subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
• Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice; price changes only apply to renewals after the notice period.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

All probabilities, distributions, and model outputs are statistical estimates with irreducible uncertainty. Decisions made on the basis of Service content are entirely your own; Yangtech LLC accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from such decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
