Shipping & Delivery Policy

BallMatrix is a fully digital subscription service. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. This policy describes how access to the digital Service is provisioned after you complete a purchase.
1. Digital delivery only
- All Service features (match analytics, AI tactical reports, AI chat, data export, API access) are accessed online via the BallMatrix web app or our mobile clients.
- No physical media, packaging, or postal delivery is involved.
- No shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are charged.
- You do not need to provide a shipping address to use the Service.
2. Provisioning timeline
- Free tier: activated immediately after phone-number verification on first sign-up.
- Paid subscriptions: activated automatically within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation from our payment processor. The expanded quotas (unlimited AI reports, unlimited AI chat, etc.) become available on your account upon activation; refresh the app to see them.
- API access (Team plan): API key is issued and visible in your account settings within 5 minutes of subscription activation.
3. Geographic availability
The Service is available globally to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some features may be limited in jurisdictions where sports-data services are restricted by local regulation. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their use of the Service complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
4. Activation issues
If your subscription has not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.
- Check your registered phone number / order ID against the payment confirmation.
- Contact Julian@novalinks.cloud with the order ID; we will manually activate the subscription within one business day.
5. Service interruptions
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where downtime affects access to paid features, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for compensation eligibility.
